The hotel was clean with extremely friendly and amazing staff. The property had a wonderful location close to everything. We enjoyed spending 4 nights here.

A combination of stairs and escalators will get you to the various floors where you will find shops, a short break from your routine, a beautiful mountain village, friendly people, and barbecue. The hotel hosted a wide variety of events and the general store is worth a visit.

I just love discovering new places to eat with garbage trucks beeping at 2am and street sweepers at 4am. Ah, the serenade of Gatlinburg.

The Edgewater Hotel in Gatlinburg offers exclusive access to amenities, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The room facing the front had new mattresses which provided a great night's sleep. The private balcony allowed me to enjoy the stunning views and soak up the sun with a cup of coffee in peace.

The room had a musty smell in the corner, and the air conditioner was very noisy and did not function very well. The outdated furniture and faint smell made the room feel a bit old and musty.

The room here was amazing - it was sparkling new and had a fridge, fireplace, and a hot tub. I had the best night's sleep ever! 🌟 The breakfast spread was fantastic too, with hot and tasty options to choose from like cookies and hot waffles.

My room here was always spotless and had a nice balcony where I could chill 😊. It also had a whirlpool tub and a jacuzzi for some extra relaxation.

First stay, staff kindly gave me water at night. Perfect for me, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and breakfast. Coming back for holiday.

The views from our 8th-floor room at The Edgewater were simply breathtaking. We had the choice of a city view, mountain view, or river view, and each one was a sight to behold. Waking up to the serene river flowing by or watching the sunset over the majestic mountains made our stay truly unforgettable. The private balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the stunning scenery. The hot tub rooms were a delightful surprise, providing the ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring Gatlinburg. The warm and inviting fireplace in the lobby added to the charming atmosphere and made us feel right at home.
